Will my mobile number be given out to anyone?
Your mobile number is kept confidential and never given to third parties. You can remove your number at anytime should you so wish.
I have not received my Confirmation Code
SMS messages, as many of us know, can sometimes get delayed depending on how busy the network provider is. It normally only takes a few minutes to receive your Confirmation Code, but sometimes it can take up to an hour. If after this amount of time you still have not received it please log in and go to My Account - Mobile Settings where you can request the code to be resent to you.
I don't seem to be receiving my alerts?
As already mentioned SMS messages can sometimes be delayed depending on how busy the network is. If you are not receiving messages also check the SMS settings you have selected by clicking "SMS" on the top navigation.
How do I pay for the HotWatch SMS alerts?
Currently SMS alerts are FREE, so you don't pay a thing

You can change your number you receive your texts on at anytime by logging in, clicking on ‘My Account’ then click "edit" next to your number.
What is HotWatch?
HotWatch is a totally new service exclsuive to toplanguagedating.com.

HotWatch allows you to select a user or users to "watch" even when you are not logged in to the site.

When your selected user logs in you will receive an SMS or email instantly notifying you that they are online.

All that you have to do is find the nearest computer to start chatting to that special someone.
